Survei Kepuasan Mitra Kerjasama FMIPA UB (Satisfaction Survey of Cooperation Partner of FMIPA UB)

Untuk keperluan peningkatan mutu akademik dan juga Akreditasi Institusi Perguruan Tinggi (AIPT), Fakultas MIPA telah melaksanakan berbagai kerjasama baik dalam lingkup Pendidikan, Penelitian maupun Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang relevan dengan Program Studi (PS) yang dikelola. Guna mengevaluasi dan memperbaiki pelaksanaan kerjasama yang sedang berjalan/ telah dilakukan, Gugus Jaminan Mutu (GJM) FMIPA UB melakukan survei kepuasan masyarakat (SKM). Oleh karena itu, Bapak/Ibu sebagai mitra kerjasama mohon berkenan untuk dapat mengisi kuesioner SKM berikut.

For the purpose of improving academic quality and also Accreditation of Higher Education Institutions (AIPT), the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences has carried out various collaborations both in the scope of Education, Research, and Community Service (PkM) that are relevant to the Study Program (PS) managed. In order to evaluate and improve the implementation of the ongoing cooperation that has been carried out, the Quality Assurance Group (GJM) FMIPA UB conducted a community satisfaction survey (SKM). Therefore, as a cooperation partner, please be pleased to be able to fill out the following SKM questionnaire.
